Join a safe, supportive and relaxed atmosphere where you can connect with like-minded mothers and learn to bond and connect with your baby on a natural, loving and organic level.
Our workshops are held at a variety of locations on the Gold Coast.

Our Group Workshops run over a four week period, in which time we will cover:
- Introduction to baby massage
- Benefits of baby massage
- Benefits for parents
- Contraindications
- Safe massage oils to use
- Aromatherapy: Learning baby safe essential oils and dilutions
- Safe positioning for baby massage
- Tummy massage for wind, colic and constipation
- Back massage tummy time through play
- Teething and congestion
- Exercises for the lymphatic system and to maintain flexibility
- Sleep cycles
- Baby body language & cues
- For the mother: Self-care routines, learning about Matrescence through your motherhood journey and postpartum
- Graduation
