Classes, Consultations and Workshops

We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your service with us. If you wish to cancel your registration for a class, consultation or workshop, please note the following terms:

Classes and Consultations

• You may reschedule your booked class or consultation up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled date, at no additional charge.
• If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the booked date, a 10% cancellation fee will be applied to the total price of the class or consultation.

Workshops

• You may reschedule your booked workshop up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time, at no additional charge.
• If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of the workshop start time, a 30% cancellation fee will be applied to the total workshop fee.

Physical Items Returns & Refunds

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the date of purchase, provided the product is in its original condition, packaging, and is not damaged.

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund or exchange, subject to meeting the return conditions outlined above.

Shipping

We are not responsible for shipping costs for returns, unless otherwise stated or required by law.
